How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks from our receipt of your item to receive the product requested. We will return exchanged products to you using trackable USPS shipping.

For returned items requiring a refund, we will issue a credit for the value of the returned merchandise to your credit card or PayPal account within one week of receiving. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for this credit to appear on your billing statement.
