Returns and exchanges are only accepted on the product(s) purchased from DeFeet International and/or https://defeet.com/.
DeFeet requires the returns and exchanges to meet the following guidelines:
- Returns and exchanges will be guaranteed 90 days after the purchase date.
- All product that is unwanted by the customer, must be returned to DeFeet International before a return or exchange is fulfilled.
- Once the exchange and returns form is completed, an e-mail confirmation from DeFeet International's support team will be sent to the customer's provided e-mail. Please include the e-mail confirmation in the package with the product.
- Exchanges can be made on a product of equal or lesser value and a refund for the remaining value will be issued to the customer's previous payment method.
- All refunds take 10-14 business days to be processed. The refunded amount will be issued to the customer's previous payment method.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE. These items are located on our DeFeet website under the socks tab. This includes, but is not limited to retired designs and grab bags.
DeFeet International is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, and/or misdirected packages. When returning product(s), DeFeet recommends using a trackable method of shipment.
