Why isn't my discount code working?

An error with discount codes is typically caused by expiration dates or what is in your shopping cart. Discount codes are only applicable to discountable items. Exclusions include artist series, sublimation, Bespoke, grab bags, and sale items. 

Double-check if the code you received has any restrictions like a price threshold or expiration date.
